I offer a variety of ways to work with me: One-on-One coaching intensives of 90 minute or one day sessions and One-on-One 90 day coaching packages with weekly sessions increasing to daily sessions with the premium package. I have more than 15 years of professional experience in field of personal development, consciousness and spiritual growth with individuals, couples and groups, and authentic branding and business for women entrepreneurs. My approach is practical, creative and effective.
Holding a sensitive and safe space, I accompany my clients with a synthesis of care, humor, powerful coaching techniques and playful practices. This allows you to deepen contact with your inner resources, clarify your objective, mapping out what holds you back and actualize your goals.

Methods
As you’ve probably never worked with me I would like to give you an idea of what you can expect.
When you start the coaching journey it can at times feel very vulnerable to be revealing one’s deeper truth. I can reassure you that from my deep experience of holding people as a Midwife and Transformational Coach, holding my clients through their darkest and lightest times, through their personal birth journeys and major life changes, that growth into the new always means facing the unknown. And its often nothing like what our fears would have us believe!
There are many different ways to coach a person. I have coaching trainings in several different schools. I’m certified as a Radical Brilliance Coach, Awakening Coach, Deeper Love Coach and Divine Living Coaching. I feel very inspired by the work of Arjuna Ardagh, Gina DeVee, John Assaraf, Tony Robbins, Brené Brown and Marianne Williamson.
My approach is a unique blend of coaching skills that I’ve been experiencing as most powerful for myself and my clients to breakthrough and thrive in life and business. I use sophisticated techniques to change your state of consciousness to be highly effective.
I offer you a clear mirror for you to gain insight. Intuitively I ask the kind of questions which lead you to find your own answers. And I invite deep inquiry with sensitivity where your ‘no‘ is respected as much as your ‘yes‘.
Working with me you can go at your own pace. Yet at times, I will push you inviting you to get out of your comfort zone so you can make new experiences and reprogramme your brain of what is possible, true and real. I give you practices to work through resistance and maintain progress, and hold you accountable.
The methods of Awakening Coaching support you to work in a different way, going beyond limits to include the spiritual dimension of life. They can give you a direct experience of unified consciousness which can transform the way you perceive life and how you live, relate and act. A fundamental key to living the life you desire is to live in the present moment. Not in the past, not in the future. As long as we’re attached to our life’s story we’re standing in the way of our limitless potential. So for me Awakening is the full expression of a desire for freedom and a desire for an abundant life on all levels and the treasure at the heart of living a beautiful life is to know one’s true nature.
